This is an 18+ platform. All visitors, account holders and any real person depicted in uploaded or generated content must be adults. We deploy automated age-estimation and moderation guards on uploads and prompts.

2. Zero-Tolerance Content

We have zero tolerance for: content depicting or appearing to depict minors in any context (real, drawn or AI-generated) — such attempts result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities including NCMEC; non-consensual sexual content of real, identifiable persons (including "deepfakes" without consent); content promoting violence, human trafficking or bestiality; and any content illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.

3. Likeness & Consent

Uploading a real person's image for face swap, undress-style effects or video generation requires that person's explicit, informed consent and proof of age. You are solely responsible for obtaining it. Victims of non-consensual content may request removal at any time (see below) — such requests are prioritised.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We use automated filters (prompt guards, age-estimation models and content classifiers) plus manual review. Violations may lead to content removal, feature restriction, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of credits, and reports to law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Reporting & Removal Requests

Use the in-app Report button on any public content, the Feedback form, or email , to report violations, request removal of content depicting you, or submit copyright (DMCA-style) notices including: identification of the content (URL), your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief. We aim to act on valid reports within 7 business days, and faster for non-consensual or minor-related reports.

6. Law-Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and preserve records as required by law.
