Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of a subscription's first charge or a credit-pack purchase within 7 days of payment, no reason required. The guarantee applies once per customer per product type and may be refused in cases of clear abuse (e.g. consuming the large majority of purchased credits before requesting the refund, repeat refund farming, or chargeback abuse).

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then. Renewal charges (i.e. charges after the first) are refundable within 7 days of the renewal if the period's credits are substantially unused.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email from your registered email address (or use the in-app Feedback form), including the order amount and approximate payment time (the order number from your receipt helps us locate it faster). We may ask follow-up questions to verify the purchase.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days depending on the issuer. We do not refund to a different card or account.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues faster than a dispute. Initiating a chargeback while simultaneously consuming the Service may lead to account suspension pending resolution.

6. Consumed Credits & Failed Generations

Credits consumed by successful generations are non-refundable outside the guarantee above. If a generation task fails on our side, the credits for that task are automatically returned to your balance.
