1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using — this website and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service contains adult content and is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may require age verification at any time.
2. The Service
The Service provides AI-powered image and video generation, editing and related tools. Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and are synthetic media. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Features are consumed with credits, obtained through credit packs or subscription plans (see the Credits Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy).
3. Your Account
You must register with a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Content & Safety Policy.
4. User Content & Likeness Consent
You may only upload images that you own or are licensed to use. If an uploaded image depicts a real, identifiable person, that person must be an adult (18+) and you must have obtained their explicit, informed consent for the intended processing (including face swap, undress-style effects and video generation). Uploading images of any person without such consent is strictly prohibited. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal, lawful use, subject to these Terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited and enforced with zero tolerance: (a) any content depicting or appearing to depict minors — accounts are terminated immediately and reports may be made to the relevant authorities; (b) non-consensual sexual imagery of real persons, including deepfakes of identifiable individuals without consent; (c) content that harasses, defames, threatens or incites violence; (d) content that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction or ours; (e) attempts to probe, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or abuse the Service, its models or its APIs; (f) reselling access or credits without our written consent.
6. Credits, Subscriptions & Billing
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers; prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Credit consumption rates are shown in-product before generation. See the Payment Policy, Credits Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no licence is granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated content may contain artefacts or inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that an uploaded image was used without the depicted person's consent.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via in-app Feedback. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including 7–10) survive.
12. Changes, Governing Language & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
